Hands-on preparation in the USA
Our refurbished guitars go through an individual inspection and setup process before shipment.
- Condition review: We inspect the body, neck, fingerboard, bridge, and hardware.
- Function testing: We check the RGB LED fretboard, pickups, controls, Bluetooth connection, and USB-C charging.
- Service and setup: We address identified issues and check playability and intonation. Repairs and component replacements are described separately when applicable.
- Final review: We check the instrument and included accessories before packing.
Refurbished does not mean brand new. Cosmetic wear, service history, and included accessories are specific to each instrument. Please read the individual listing and contact us if you have questions before ordering.
